No. Every account can self-serve with the 14-day free trial and in-app help center. Guided Launch is optional for owners who want hands-on setup help from the Reputify team.
Is Guided Launch a subscription?
No. Guided Launch is a one-time professional services fee, billed separately from your Reputify subscription. Your SaaS plan (Starter, Growth, or Scale) is billed on its own schedule.
How do I pay for Guided Launch?
After you request a package, we confirm scope on a short discovery call and send a Razorpay payment link. You pay once; Razorpay generates the GST-compliant invoice (INR) or tax invoice (USD). Payment is subject to our Professional Services Terms; your Reputify subscription remains under our Terms of Service. Implementation begins after payment and kickoff scheduling.
When does the 60-day support window start?
The launch window starts on your kickoff date (scheduled after payment), not when you sign up for a Reputify trial. Included support hours are for implementation during that window; unused hours do not roll over.
Can I choose a different tier than my subscription plan?
Yes, with alignment. Most customers pick Guided Launch for the tier they plan to subscribe to (e.g. Growth Guided Launch with a Growth subscription). If your needs differ, mention it in your request—we will recommend the right package before sending a payment link.
What is not included?
Guided Launch covers setup, configuration, and training—not ongoing review responses, paid ads, ORM, fake reviews, or 24×7 support. Google and Meta perform their own verifications; we guide you through the steps but cannot bypass platform policies.
What about add-ons like extra locations or campaigns?
Optional add-ons are quoted after your discovery call if you need more locations, campaigns, or training sessions than your tier includes. Each add-on is a separate one-time Razorpay payment.
Do you help with Google Business Profile verification?
Yes—we guide you through GBP verification (postcard, phone, or video) and listing hygiene. Google completes verification on their timeline; we help you avoid common delays and misconfiguration.
