Who sends the WhatsApp messages?
Review requests and messages to customers go from your own WhatsApp Business number, and Meta bills those conversations to you. Your Daily Pulse and alerts come from Reputify to your personal WhatsApp.
Does Reputify reply or post without me?
No. Rify drafts replies and posts; you edit and send them. Nothing goes to Google or your social channels until you approve it.
