Do I need WhatsApp Business?
For WhatsApp requests, yes: you connect your WhatsApp Business account in Settings. Email requests and the QR poster work without it.
Is it OK with Google to ask for reviews?
Yes. Google allows businesses to ask customers for reviews. What it doesn’t allow is asking only happy customers, and Reputify never filters who is asked.
Can I bring visits from my billing system?
Yes, through a CSV export or the visits API. Talk to us if you want help connecting your system.
