Does importing past bills message my customers?
No. An import fills your customer history and sends nothing. To ask past customers for a Google review, use a bulk review request.
Where do customers come from?
From the visits you record (Add a visit, or a CSV of bills) and from customers who join with your Sign-up QR. Talk to us if you want your billing software connected.
